• Collection of games (Monopoly, Life etc) and DVD's in the clubhouse.

Location

• Samui Hillside Village, a very peacefull family orientated villa complex on the main ring-road.
• 30 metre walk to the Clubhouse with large pool, bar and restaurant, large screen projector, wireless internet, great little gym, and fantastic views. Please note there is a small charge to use the clubouse pool for short term guests.
• 300 metre walk to elephant trekking and monkey theatre.
• 2 minute drive to the charming Fisherman's village and Bophut beach
• 2 minutes walk to Big C shopping center.
• 5 minute drive to Tesco Lotus supermarket and Chaweng shops.
• 7 minute drive to Chaweng beach, bars and restaurants.
• 10 minutes to the airport.

When my wife and I initially considered buying a house on Koh Samui, we decided to first rent a villa for a month as a trial to see if we liked it. However as we searched for the "right place" at the "right price", we realised there was little suitable to the needs of a young family, at a reasonable price.

There are many beautiful villa's for rent on Koh Samui. Most are elaborately furnished and designed to be pure luxury accommodation for adults. However with young children to look after, you don't want to spend your holiday worrying that the kids are about to knock over a vase, or fall off the side of a mountain! (even if the views are amazing).

When we purchased our villa, we had it designed, built and furnished with a family in mind. It's comfortable, convenient, fun and safe. Safely back in the UK after a lovely relaxing holiday.  I just wanted to
         drop you this note to thank you for all your help and to say that the
         villa proved to be the perfect base for our family and allowed us to
         really explore and enjoy the whole island.  The villa was very

         which we really enjoyed all hours of the day! I was also very impressed
